Autocop service center in Bangalore.

My Autocop is giving trouble, can anyone help to find out the service center in Bangalore. I had got in installed from dealer while taking delivery.

I googled a bit but there was no hit.

Warranty period must have got over now, its been 3+ yrs now. But still I want to go there to see if my broken case can be replaced.

080-26575212 is also their number, call and they send a technician to your place. Just availed of their services last month, there was a contact problem in the remote and they came all the way and did not charge me anything.

Call up 9880015156. The technician's name is Narendra or Naveen I forgot. He repaired my autocop in my office parking space itself.

080-26575212 is the number I have. Call this number, and not the technician. Customer is supposed to register their complaint with the office, before a technician is sent over to your place.

But I have an update on this article.

Last week I went there to replace my remote covers. They took 15 mins and charged me 140/-

I am really happy with the service they provided.

You can call them @ your place too as i did change the remote covers by calling the guy to attend to your problem. They are very professional, @least i had a good experience with these autocop service guys.

I also had very good experience with these guys. had the motor of one of the doors dead; they came down to my office, replaced the motor with a new unit and left.
they never asked me for any document to prove that it was still underwarranty!

the next time was to check if my remote was working properly (had an issue). I thought that the battery needs replacement; but they checked and said that it was a glitch with the unit, fixed that and gave back the remote. zero cost (this was after 2.8 years of use!).

One more happy experience. My Autocop (4.5 yrs old) unit konked off due to a fall from the fifth floor. Called up the service center, they came the next day to my house, rectified it and also replaced the battery in the spare unit. Total charge Rs 70. Was literally amazed.
