Approx 4 mm dia cable( just the cable excluding the rubber sheath), pretty thick. Rs 25/- per feet. Got 6.5 ft of black and 6.5 ft of red cable. Clips cost 45/- per piece, good quality ones. Got 2 black and 2 red clips. Total 500/-.

Most electrical accessories shops will have them.

you could try at Hot tracks, Victoria layout - 080 25361442 or at Indiraranagar - 080 65580666. I bought a pair in 2008 but do not recollect the price

I made one by myself all i needed was a 7-20 wire from and hardware store 4 battery clips can be purchased form any electronic repair store make sure to buy 2 colored red and black to make it eary to note the nodes. what else you just need a pliers to connect the cables black clips at each end of the wire and red clips on each end of the other wire voila you have a jump start kit

the wire would cost you Rs.20/ meter and the clips would cost you 10 each so the whole cable would cost you not less than Rs.200 considering the length around 2.5 mts (each node) which is a good 6.5 ft

Checked with Hot Tracks, Victoria Layout (no response at the Indiranagar no.) yesterday. Apparently they no longer stock these.

Thats strange! even I picked up mine from Hot Tracks a couple of years ago and have also seen them on display whenever I visited the shop later. I had searched at many places and only Hot Tracks had them. Try visiting the shop, or else your only bet would be JC Road.

Bumping an old thread. Any pointers on where to buy this around HSR?

Called the "Car Studio" people at 10:20 AM to find when the below can be delivered in BLR, and the lady who answered the phone said she hasn't logged in and appeared disinterested in making a sale. So, I guess physical store, it would have to be...
Electrical Equipments, CAR BOOSTER 300AMP

Cheers,
