I agree CIVIC has more high speed stability where the corolla loses out in the handling derpartment , thats a + point , but we were talking about the straight line performance , in which the corolla is faster. So i geuss in the 1.8 litre category the vvt-i is better than the v-tec.

Here's a friend's civic with 20" Rims, this I think is a first time in India. Let's not even talk about the practicality issues, but this thing is just crazy, is a absolute showstopper, while driving it I even heard people on the road commenting that the car did not have tyres, some new technology it seems .

Oh crazy. Those wheels look awesome. Any side pic neelaraven?

What tires are those? 225/35/20 seems the best upsize in 20" for the Civic

Look at that offset on the rear!! Insane, not seen any cars locally running such a low profile.

Whats that thin black rubber layer around the rims

Projector also added recently, or am I confusing this with another car...

BUSA - I would disagree. The Accords & the CRV are DOHC.

Hey Karan,

Are you taking part in the Speed Run. If yes good time to prove what you say. Will be driving a Civic in your category, lets see who is faster

In a stock corolla vs a stock civic, the corolla wins by 2 car lengths irrespective of who is driving.the car isnt fast enough to compare to a corolla.
No offense though,

Those are 225/30 R20 in front and 245/30 R20 at the back. Have to see the rear view for this car, it's just insanely wide, am gonna post pix after I am done with the Body kit on this.

Don't forget Civic is much better built and heavier car, so engine to engine comparison cannot be done directly.
