I would suggest you put all pics of these cars on a single webpage like how autopsyche has done. Of cource you can take permission of your clients before doing so. In the meanwhile can we at least have chapter details (minus the pics).
In short you need to showcase your work in a way so that it is available to the masses. Not that you need, but it would also serve as a good business strategy.

Nice, Nice.....!!

Its great to see that tuners from Mumbai and Bangalore are here, on this thread and spreading knowledge amongst those of us who are not so well initiated in the field of Turbo Charging.
I may humbly suggest that please use full forms and not abbreviations or acronyms of those words that are not too commonly used or understood, for the benefit of the whole community. Thanks

This may help: http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/announ...explained.html

Add to that: AFR - Air Fuel Ratio.

Abbe aa gaya tu??
Thanks Akshay Kumar but I did not find E.G.T,E.C.T,I.A.T (as in Jitu's post) explained in that list. Although I know what it means and the context that it was used in, I was referring to such uncommonly used abbreviations (not the commonly used ones as A/FR and T/C etc, etc,) as the one in question, also mentioned above, be explained for the less knowledgeable as myself sirji
So please oblige.

hello everyone..
i have been contemplating getting a turbo for ages myself on my esteem. but have only been put off by the problems associated with reliability.
i have a few doubts that i love a answer on..
how much boost would be ok to run with on stock engine internals?
and also what would be my expected power output?
i don't know much at all about turbos but from what i gathered reading up on this forum is that 7 psi of boost should be ok with stock internals.
is this a decent amount of boost that can be run on a good conditioned new engine ? or is it to high ?

now here is where the confusion starts.
a good turbo job should be about 1.2 lakh to 1.5 lakh right guys ? please correct me if i am wrong on the prices.
so 1.5 lakh gets me 7 psi of boost or about 50 % more power right ? i am going by the rule that 15 psi doubles power output so 7 psi should be 50 % more power.
This would make my engine give out 85 bhp stock + about 40 more bhp with turbo so i get a total of about 125-130 bhp.
now what would be the gain in bhp im looking at if i got my ecu modded , got a good camshaft ,a exedy stage 1 or 2 clutch and a light weight flywheel along with a adjustable camshaft pulley?
Basically what is the max gain that i can get by staying NA and not TC.
This has been going round and round in my head and id love to get some help on this.
so thanks a lot in advance everyone. and sir Psycho.. i loveeee your ride hehehehe.

P.S. and Off Topic But Shocking :- i met someone yesterday from mumbai , will not give a name but he claimed to be running a lancer evo in bombay or something like that a lancer converted
into a evo with 30 PSI boost and saying its got 700-800bhp.i was blown away. can this much boost be run reliably ?
Also its not K.S motorsport or AR motorsport or Viper or Team FS who made the claim. Its someone else. thats what shocked me.
