Sorry to bump up this. I had trouble removing the 5 stickers on our Santro. Recently accomplished with a razor , soap-water/mustard-oil/plain water, cotton waste and a lot of elbow grease.

Modus Operandi.
Dip cotton waste in soap water, and wring off excess water
Apply wet cotton waste at the back of the sticker
Wait 2 minutes.
Apply razor blade at a 45 angle between the sticker edge and windshield glass, and try to separate.
Remove the shards of the sticker.
Repeat

Soap water was not that effective in softening the sticker. Also tried mustard oil - it's a little better than soap water in softening up the sticker - but leaves a big mess behind.

For the final three stickers, gave up on both and used just the razor and plain water.

WD40 and a microfiber cloth works well to remove that sticky residue left by stickers. Peel the sticker, spray some WD40 over the sticky patch and rub the cloth. Once the patch is off, spray some plain water and clean the surface.

Try it out next time.
