Actually they mentioned 2 options -

46k for just front AC. This would be genuine toyota accessory for E variant.

46k for both front and rear AC. This would be a non-toyota accessory and fits in E variant.

They are not giving an option of toyota front+rear. Says rear cooling coils are built into the roof and will require entire roof to be replaced.

cooling coils are not in the roof. the are above the rear right wheels AFAIK.

hmm....seems like a dealre trying to sell his preferred accessory to us.

so would you know if its possible to get a genuine toyota 3-row ac fitted in a E innova?

of course it is. if you can get the front row fitted from them also make them fit the rear two rows. ask them to show you where the cooling coils are. also try another dealer.
