yep thats me on offroad express

did the conversion pretty much our selfs (me and and dad at home)

there are only a handfull of mahindra jeeps in new zealand that were imported privetly in the 70's, when i saw one for sale i showed dad and we brought it just so we could be the only indian person in new zealand to own a mahindra jeep

but after that things got a bit out of controll like the supra engine haha, soon to have full show finsh panel and paint lots of time and money has gone into this

i am using the standerd 3speed 4x4 mahindra gearbox

i will be making the rear diff fully floating

Toyota Starlet Hatch Front Seats (soon to be replaced by recaros)
Suzuki SJ410 Rear Seat (to be retrimed to mach front)
15x8 Rims with 31x10.5x15 tyres ( planning on 33x12.5x15)
may change mags depending...
2" Shackle Lift
All Rust Removed
Rewired
hydraulic Clutch Conversion (was originally cable)
Brake Booster/Master Cyl Conversion Out Of Toyota Surf (4runner)
in the process of front & rear disc conversion
nolathane bushes throughtout
Urethane Engine Mount
Intercooler 110mm wide x 670mm long x 130mm high, 60mm inlet/outlet holes
steering wheel to be replaced by Sports
roll cage/bar to be remade in stainless

lots more will continue my build thread as i go on..
