Talking My Palio SLX gets Leather Seats

Guys,

I decided to get leather seats after the guys in Manipal Motors, Airport Road left palm prints on the stock fabric upholstery of my Palio. Decided to go for a combination of Nutmeg Brown and Beige from Ceralli in Bangalore.

The total package - Seats, door panels, gear boot, steering wheel, hand brake grip and the rear parcel tray cost me Rs. 20,000. I am very happy with the fit and finish. Mr. Santosh is a very nice person and listens to customers and helps them make a decision. It was a welcome change after encountering lots of sales people trying to force their decision on the customer.

Here are some pics:

Work in progress:

The result:

And the team:

I would certainly recommend them.

Cheers,

Rajan

The seats are looking very good Patchboy.

Ceralli seems to be very VFM. Is it available here in Mumbai?

Thanks for the compliments guys.

@BUSA : Ceralli is certainly VFM. You can call Santosh on +919845397620. Though they do not have an outlet in Mumbai, he has assured that he will be able to work something out.

Cheers,

Rajan

The original quote was 15K for just the seats, steering grip, Gear Boot and Hand Brake handle.

Since the palio door panel area that needs to be covered is 100%, it was quoted at Rs1250 per door. I got the rear parcel tray done as well at the same cost. (Worked out to Rs 1000 per door panel and Rs 1000 for the rear parcel tray).

Considering that Stanley quoted 32K for the same job, I thought it was reasonable.

Cheers,

Rajan
