need help with zen - Team-BHP

hello friends i have zen carbon
i have just installed new mag wheels n tyres size 13inch 5.5 broad
and tyres 165/60 r 13

but th problem is the tyres are touching the body all 4 tyres
i have tried to upgrade the suspension springs but the ride is to rough with the springs i have installed

pls need help.............................

As 13 inchers shouldnt poss much of a problem to the zen,try upgrading your suspension to koni. That should take care of your problem. Bythe way, your wheel hitting the arches when you travel alone?

This problem occurs because your alloys are a bit wide .. since it is 5.5J and the tyre is wide as well .. if you want to continue using the same set of rims and tyres on your car then you would have 2 options .. one is to alter the wheel arches so as to minimalize touching or to raise the suspension by adding bushes on all four sides ..

I think we can also add spacers and raise the suspension. But too much raising (of suspension) may hurt the suspension itself. Just take care while adding bushes/spacers on to it.

what is the distance between the tyre and the body if its around 3inch all you need is to put 1 inch spaccers that will solve your suspension and your tyre problem

there is a very simple solution to this..change your wheels and tires to a more correct spec.

Its all because of the alloys u need to get 5j alloys. No need of tyre change.
