Wow! Baleno engine in Swift.
Why not dyno it?

Had read somewhere about a swift D fitted with a non-stock TC. It was somewhere around 140 BHP and could easily overtake the 2.4 Camry.1.3 engine take on 2.4

Just one question, how does a Baleno Swift compare to a real Baleno in performance, considering both the b-engines are simlarly tuned?

Isn't the Swift a bit heavy and tall?

Very interesting.
How much would Turbo charing cost?

What all we need to compromise while getting it turbocharged?

Please update.

THe comparision with a 1.6 engines is very tempting.

I believe the T/C Swift built by Psycho has already done that..right Vikram? It would be an achievement if a stock RS could be beaten or even given a run for its money.

For a simple understanding just click on this link

Porting and Polishing

Basically it helps the car engine to breathe better and thats a plus for performance.

Well after having driven the TC'ed swift for 15 days I think it can surely give the RS a run for its money.

All these 'mine is faster than yours' bits are confusing me Just kidding.

I am sure the Baleno would be faster and more fun to drive than the Swift 1.6L.

What I wanna know is how a TCed Baleno. (Baleno with the G16B) would stock against the TCed Swift? I guess TC baleno wins. Any of these around?

Fahad of Team FS has a jet black Swift 1.6 twimcam turbo, lights are smoked etc...It's fast...This car has been around for over 4 months, so I guess that it was the first 1.6 swift on the block...

Also why is every one comparing 1.3 TC swift beating 2.4 or 3.0 Accord or Camry...It has to do with P/W ratio, the Swift is a much lighter car...

When is someone gonna drop a V6 in a swift can't wait for the day when that happens...
