hey nirmal
the block guard would increase temps but that could still be managed with water injection or by increasing fuelling by 5 to 8 percent however the benefits on the long run would mean a stronger block and lesser stress on the sleeves and lower in cylinder temps. Please confirm as i have personally not pushed the engines so far yet, but with water injection at 18 psi i am definitely seeing an increase in usable power without additional heat.

True, but i am just thinking about doing without block guard, next motor i will resleeve the block. It fun car and i want to see what i could do with stock sleeve.. i know few people that have made over 425hp at the wheels with stock sleeve and no block guard on d series motors.

Yep, you can do without the Block Guard provided the motor isn't abused previously, its all in the Tuning.

What size 42r are you planning to run? Specs?

Have any dyno charts of your old setup(pictured setup)? Would be nice to see.

Khush Kar Ditta 1fstndn Pappe!!
Thanks for the pics bro.
I could eat most of the parts. (I said eat the parts not eat off them)
I can see the future of motor sports in India getting there. Soon we will have access to things of beauty such as these, as easily.
Yup, would love to see the before and after dyno and the results thereof.
Amazing!!

Will do, i will post dyno plot and dyno video. From what i am reading other post, India is almost there. When i started racing back in 1996, that how it was for 4 banger engine in US very limited parts so alot of guys had to custom make or modifed parts made for 6cyl or 8cyl.

Default hi guys

So guys..after a long wait and hard work finally the setup is ready and its in testing stage now.We are able to get around 358 BHP on wheels but still we need to tune right we have some flaws in the dyno chart..I will post the video of dyno run today with the dyno pic...Nirmal is having a better file but i took it for cam. I will be posting it tonite.

Else the car is rocket. Its stomach wrenching you feel the Gs of 360 Horses.Even the turbo spools up at around 5K because its a big one..But when it kicks it tears the car ***.Especially the passenger....... Even at when car is around 8k rev and it gets into a wheel spin . So will be posting soon so stay tunned.
