Default Performance issue for Lancer Diesel

I'm very much new to TEam-BHP. Also, this is my first post in the forums.

I have a Mitsubishi Lancer GLXd 2000 model. The car is very smooth is driving. I don't have any issues with my car. But the power delivered is less when compared to other Lancer diesel of the same year. I have showed it to many mechanics. They all did many things but no change in the power delivery. Also, the mileage is comparatively less.

Kindly advice me what could be the reason of this low power.
