I am even planning to paint myself, and planning to paint it Matte Black.
IMHO the colour of the skirts (car/shar types) should match the cars colour otherwise they look odd......so i think you should paint them white.

Great job ramie. The kit would look good if it would be body coloured (my opinion). Wating to see the pics after the finishing.

OT: Can you put up some pics of your ICE in your BHP garage? Looks amazing.

Love the kit in the black Getz above. It goes so well with the car.

Your work do looks very nice to me, spl the choice of alloys. It's always nice to have a DIY.

DIY kit fit up doesn't looks very good to me, small niggles around the kit make it look a cheap work rather then a perfect one..

those were rivets not screws/bolts and hence after riveting they were grinded by hand-grinder to the skirts material level they were patched up by body-filler and re-painted,unfortunately don't have any more pics than this, the car was a 1996 zen third hand and the pics are of 2004-05

PS.this is the only way to keep the body-kit attached to the car,if you use screws drilled in car and kit they wont last even for a month, the same thing i am going to fo with the getz skirts,i will rivet them tight that they look once piece and then paint it

EDIT:the body kit is still intact with the 4th owner and she is running just fine, and painted metallic Purple crossed 110k on the ODO

Nice work Ramie. I also have a Getz Prime GLX in white. The black graphics on the car looks good. The body kit would look good only in white, the same colour as the car.

OT: The black getz shown above is drool maal. Is there any place in Bangalore to get this kind of modification?

yess yess its the same zen with 3 x 12inch and 1 x 15inch subwoofer,it had 2 similar subs, only the wiring was too bad/unbranded as it was on my learning stage project and plus the secret part it was 100%funded infact the rims+skirts were also sponsored to go ahead and try doing the DIY installs ,rest the ride was darn bassy, but SQ was almost nill lack of speakers/compos.
