Default let me know using 165/65/r13

Hi buddy,

can you let me know the following details if you are aware after using the
165/65-13 profile for Zen.

165/65-13 - I have this read in team BHP only.Do you agree to the same :
Pros - Fantastic handling and braking
Cons- FE goes down by 1-2kmpl, it needs 4.5j rims and needs some modification to the wheel well.
My verdict: Don't get this size unless u have some sources to mod the wheel well. Drop in FE should be considered

Queries :

1. Do we need to mod the wheel well if we use 165/65-13. Is there an issues of tyre rubbing with wheel well. Have you added any spacers or any mod done to wheel well.

2. What is the Rim size you are using.

3. Which is that tyre used in your car.

4. What are the differences in handling, braking and mileage after you were using the 155/65-13 .

5. IS 155/65-13 a correct profile for upsize and for adding alloy wheels, without any compromise to handling, braking and mileage.

Thnks
Prasoon

devrajman-neat zen??? is it because its clean after a good wash or because of the mod job?if its the latter one, dont think that can be called neat, the sticker on the windshield is too loud, and too many foglamps[if hes not going for any rally].removing of that sticker and taking of 2 of the 4 foglamps would make it look neat.

Default New alloys and Bridgestone Turanza ER60 tubeless for my Zen

Guys yesterday I got these new shoes for my Zen. The alloys cost me Rs. 7500 for a set of four and Bridgestone Turanza ER60 tubeless 145/80/R12 made a whole of Rs. 8300 for a set of four in my pocket.
In the picture you can find tyres are Bridgestone S248. You know what the tyre dealer in Navi Mumbai had done - fitted that tube type tyres as tube less with tubeless vulves. Yesterday evening when I was taking the photos then realised what a guff up that guy has done. I went back to the dealer, he was trying to convince me that it is not unusual, people convert tube type to tubeless. I took him left and right then he agreed to change the tyres with tubeless one tomorrow i.e., today. He took Rs. 800 extra for the Turanza tyres. Any body had experienced such things? I'll post the Turanza ER 60 tyres pictures tomorrow.
