making a mesh grille - Team-BHP

friends i am trying to make a mesh grille bumper for my m800. i have the mesh with me it is too strong but problem is there that how should i fix the grille inside the bumper should i try to screw it up or weld it inside the bumper.

i am going to cut the plastic between the indicators an fit the mesh . the number plate will be screwed on the top of bumper. the parts which are to be cut are marked and rounds are for number plate screws .
plz suggest me how to fix it inside the bumper so that it dont come out at high speed
