Default Indigo CS TDI "Pimp up my car" mods help required

Finally booked an Indigo CS TDI (Mica Grey) for my monthly 2500kms running. Will be getting a 5k corporate discount alongwith bare minimum accesories like mudflaps, numberplate, bodycovers and perfume.

I am pissed off regarding the drab interiors. Overall the exterior has a solid feel and the car is a hoot to drive on highways after the turbo kicks in.

The engine noise is virtually absent inside the cabin. A big feat for TATA.

I plan to do the following mods: Please suggest me the price, options, place in delhi where I can get them done.

1. Visual: (Guideline: Aggressive looks)
a. Spoiler
b. Different headlights (Xenon etc.)
c. Any other suggestion
d. Underbody LED lighting

2. Performance:

a. Please suggest what can be done to further improve the performance as there is no Pete's tuning box available for it.

3. Interiors:

a. Seat covers (Art leather or leather) with door trims
b. Some way to change the interior color? Dash color?

4. ICE: (Bollywood, Indipop, Occassional Western Pop, Also frequent sessions of Arabian, Lebanese Pop) (Kicking Bass, Excellent SQ, Want the best CD playback performance, Ipod, Mobile integration, open for going the step by step upgrade route for adding amp/sub in future)

Budget: 35k-45k

a. Preferred HU Alpine 9887
b. Amp: Please suggest
c. Front Components: Please suggest
d. Rear Speakers (Coaxials? Components? or what?)
e. Sub: (Please suggest. bass should kick, not boom)
f. Cables: I feel all monster and rockford Fosgate/GZ cables overpriced as I have achieved similar results (although in my home theater) by using cables from a manufacturer based in US which makes cables for various OEMs) The price difference is heaven and earth. So will be pairing with my own cables.
g. Damping: I want zero rattles and zero outside noise inside the cabin, in short the best possible way to insulate the car. Please tell me all probable areas I should get the damping done.

5. Rubber

a. Alloys?
b. Tyres?

Lastly, I have been impressed by the works of Gunbir sirji in this forum. Would require the advice about Driven and contact details. BTW I live in UP west, so I need to plan in advance

Please also suggest any other mod that will be suitable for Indigo CS.

Please do quote the price range for all your valuable suggestions.

Thanks

Sorry for the repeat!

Still when I see somebody investing that much for a 'placebo', I feel sad and hence the link.

All I can say is get a nice set of wheels (no chrome or spinners or anything of the sort) and get a nice music system, that is all you should do to an Indigo CS.
