I agree with autopysche. Its a NHC the rake of the A-pillar is too steep to be an indica.
plus good use of the existing hood.

Its a New Honda City which was designed by DC for Apollo tyres.

The original work does not look very good but the two tone paintjob has done wonders to fix the top heaviness of the original.

So, looks like Appolo commisioned the car and then sold it to a south moviestar. Interesting?

Happened to read about this car in a malayalam auto magazine recently.
This car is a City modded by DC for the actress Suvarna Mathew. And since this was mentioned in detail in the article, I don't think it is inappropriate to take her name here.

Yes. this is the final answer. She also owns s safari and a Santro. This car was gifted to her by her husband. DC took around 1 year to complete the work. One more thing, this is the first completely modded car by DC in south india.

Why does the rear fender have to be square-ish

If it is NHC - then it surely looks better than the original
