@iraghava the tailights look much better in person than they do in photos.. trust me, they complement the paint job and the body style of the esteem.
they look even cooler now that the windscreen has been tinted in a very dark shade.. tomorrow afternoon ill park in the shade and take more photos.
also @cyrus: will take photos in the night too.. though ur psed image shows white lights and a large throw for the fogs, the philips xtremes are more yellow than they are white and the fogs are less effective than even indicator bulbs lol..

To be honest - zero tuning.

The crossover settings on the amp are off.

The amp anyway doesnt have an adjustable crossover frequecny.

And all equalization/ loudness/ bass boost etc on the head unit are also off.

Once I learnt about your real taste in music, it all became very simple. The only thing that you can refer to as "tuning" is setting the gains so that all the speakers and subwoofer are in harmony. Cheers!

sorry for the dirty car from the inside but the film ppl said not to touch the glasses from inside today. and yesterday there was a lot of sawing and cutting in the car to accommodate the gear knob so theres a lot of dust and the seats are already dirty.

Nice looking car Frank. The Esteem and Lancer are two cars which are the Dev Anands of automobiles;will always look good when shining.

Great Illusion/GZ install;I am sure you must be enjoying the band.

But I must say,you have spent a bomb on this makeover - an atom bomb !!!!

thanx vigsom.. i dont think ive spent a fraction of what ppl spend on just ice these days.. but its a matter of preference. i wanted a good car for the next 3 years cos i didnt want to spend 8-9 lacs on a new one right now. so i decided to do it.. started with a budget of 60k and spent a good one and a half times of that.. team bhp has a very big hand in stretching most ppls budgets but then again its a guarantee that the 90k is totally well spent and not wasted. which wouldnt have been possible without all the ppl on team bhp who have supported and helped me through this whole process.. cheers to all!

special thanx to viper, b&t, aapdo cyrus and magma for all the help i have received from them.. a big thank you to all the people who have contributed on this thread and have anticipatedly waited for the final product to show up..

How about a leather cover or what they call it for the gear lever instead of the current plastic ? also maybe some black sticker or paint on the b pillar since the white paint shows up between the blackened parts of the doors.

btw are you the same frankmehta from techenclave ?
