A stock 148bhp/210NM RS makes 132.5 bhp/196 NM at the wheels as certified by Rototest Research Institute. They are based in sweden and are one of the biggest names in certifying actual vehicular performance. An independent agency they rate most of the vehicles on the claimed power/torque ratings in light of actual findings.
Here's the link to the 110kw Octavia 1.8t.Graphs for other models are also available at the site.
Powertrain Performance Graph for Skoda Octavia 1.8T -99 (110 kW)
So if the graphs here show 124.6BHP, Im sure it must be down to the fuel quality in the particular car/niggles in the stock car/inaccuracy of the dyno, as the skoda we used to get here was the same as the 1.8t.
