Default Changing the colour of lights in the spoiler

I got a spoiler fitted on my Logan - its not a lip spoiler but the slightly raised type with brake lights.. I was wondering if it is possible to change the colour of the brake lights in the spoiler from the default red to something like blue ..any suggestions ?

P.S. - My car is black

check if the cover over it is not red

if not any electrician would be able to change the color by changing the LEDs
