i got the bumper fixed....the guy removed the left headlight, used a welding flame to heat the bumper from the back and put it back in shape.
no damage to the paint and it costed 150/- as compared to the service stations estimate of 6000/-.

thanks for all the suggestions guys cause they really helped me,
