karthik, the wheels look a little too small, as in high profile, otherwise, the car seems to be in good condition.
Try getting lower profile tyres, mate.

But 15 inchers will be better suited.
Shouldn't this be in Indiancarscene or shifting gears or marketplace?

looks clean aright though not a penny more than 3.75 for this. plus alloys have degraded rather than upgrade. clean though nice. planning to buy it ?

Hey karthik,
Firstly,i think this car is not a SFXi.Its a 99 GLXi kitted up with the sports kit.
Infact im 90% sure that its not an SFXi.
Please check up with that.

damn i forgot to see the badges yea man its the glx. cut 25k from what i told. hehe. anyways if youre thinking of it drop it way better lancers at 5 laks

yea guys it is kitted...but din't know it was a glx...its a 2002 model anyway and not 9 model...interiors look good with leather seat and a nice dvd system...will get a few pix and post them

dude if the car is 2002 glx,and the paint is still genuine,its worth is not more than 3 lacs to 3.25. thats it.no more.i am a used car dealer in delhi and that is the current rate for a 2002 glx.(with or without accessories.it hardly matters)

Was this Lancer still in production until 2002? i thought they were phased out earlier. But i believe you guys. The tyres/rims combo is crap. And the white text on the tyres doesn't help the cause. Its probably due to the quality of the pics but the color looks very faded. Then again, it shouldn't be an issue while deciding to buy or not to buy the car. Definitely not worth 5L.

Why i said its the 99 Lancer is because of the tail-lights.All the 2000 august+ Lancers had crystal ones.The 99 cars were launched with the tail-light in the pic.
And secondly,yellow color was meant only for the SFXi and not the GLXi.So in those regards this car is wither accidental and repainted OR just repainted.
Anyways,my suggestion is drop the car.They are way better Lancers in the market.

I completley agree. A low mileage SLX with a nice set of alloys should do nicely.
