That thing look like work of art. I had my doubts when I heard that you are making it here, now I know my ignorance takes the better of me.

Awesome work, please do let us know how much neg camber are you gonna run and how the tyres take it. Lets see if Neovas can transfer 350 bhp to the road. Will be interesting to see how long they last also.

I don't think they will be able to handle the full 350. My guess is that with a street tune on regular fuel, he will be doing something like 200-220, which itself will be a struggle for them at higher rpms once the boost comes on.

Hey, that's the EXACT same setup I had!!!

Trust me, you're going to love the DMS around a corner.

My street tune on regular fuel is up to 17psi on 91 octane fuel with power levels close or may be slightly more than the dyno'ed one. this is because of slight change in setup & fine tune. Once i have my new differential in, will do couple of more runs on dyno at 17 Psi (91 oct) & 24 psi (97 oct).

Sweet Jesus, you cannot expect traction of any kind if you step on the accelerator then!

Actually you might want to look at getting some competition tyres. Advanc has some comptetition tyres. Even otherwise teams are running tyres which are imported.

I never had that kind of confidence driving this vehicle earlier as i drive it now, the handling has improved greatly, its gone to another level all together, the car feels really planted on to the road with Razor sharp steering response. You get a feeling that you can push it more & more. 120-140-160-180-200>>>. It feels more safe & i am enjoying every Psi of Boost. That's the max i could describe it in words.

though out of four DMS shocks, 2 are not in great shape 1 in front & 1 in rear but it still does the job, planning to send all four down south for a complete overhaul after some time.

Right now running -1.2 deg negative in front though provision is there for more.
The only thing left now is my new LSD which i hope to get soon.

Few Drawbacks
  • ride is bit bumpy & can be felt more on uneven road surface but its acceptable. need to further fine tune damping adjustments.but
  • damping adjustment is given downside, so it becomes cumbersome if you want to change the damping settings, its much easier on new generation shocks where they give knob on top to adjust the damping.
  • More tyre wear on inner side so keep watching for tyre rotation on much lesser interval.
Coming soon...

Wow jitu, the car is looking awesome! The 'exi' badge completes the sleeper look. I pity the boys with 'modified' cars who decide to drag this 1.3 city!!

The subtle 'Hondata' decal on the rear quarter glass should give them a hint though.

Nice work Jitu. I'm sorry if I missed it being mentioned earlier, but what endcan is that?

I would say get the rebuild kit yourself and rebuild the shocks. Dont send it anywhere.
