Also, has anyone fitted a gear lock on their Baleno? Details, please.

Nice one Ram. I might go in for one, cos my grill's locking bits are broken. I like the look of that more than the one that I have now.

Do you have any info about gear locks for Baleno?

Congrats Karthik - That was a very nice pick man. Happy for you. Will follow closely the mods done as that might just inspire me too.

Not many people know the difference a cam and an ECU can make on a Baleno. If you ask me, its the first mod one must do before opening the engine up.

It was just Karthik and myself. We traveled through 8 states, partied for 3 days at Goa and got back after staying a day at Agra, Ajmer, Udaipur, Thane, Goa respectively.

Ram, I think it will take some time before the work begins. Karthik is still mighty confused on how to proceed .

Strange but I will take your word for it.

However the point being made was getting a better breathing engine will certainly help the ECU push the engine to perform better - opposed to stock intake and exhaust.

whats the confusion? - FI kit + Koni/Peddlers suspension upgrade + rims/tires. Beyond that I know you guys will go nuts on the brakes, clutch etc.

Pedders doesn't make coilovers for the Baleno, AFAIK. I could be wrong, though.

Akshay Could be springs only.

Isn't a stage 2 clutch an overkill fro the current list of mods?
