Karthik calls it torquenstine. It has bucket loads of torque but suspension understeers a bit too much to my liking. Running in just about done with. Driving the car is like driving a diesel turbo .

That's some real expensive mods. Costs more than the car. Would love to see some pictures.

The car looks the same as in the pics that have been posted. Most of the mods are internal, except for the wheels and the end can, it looks no different.

nice car there. you also might have enjoyed such a long drive immediately after buying the car of your choice. a little OT, but had a curiosity. if at all the bonnet, or the door, or the side pannels are damaged beyond repairs and need to be replaced do we get the above parts easily? i am asking this because since the model is discontinued and the dies and fixtures too might have been removed from the trim line at MUL. same case i was wondering for OHC. from where do we source the bonnet or the door? chasing OHC and Baleno threads since long time, soon either of the cars will be in my stable.

Have been reading and following this thread like a virus infection. Must say the whole ordeal of selection between the OHC and Baleno was pretty quick (since most people would spend a lotttt longer contemplating between these 2 beasts). But I am very happy with your choice of the Baleno.

Good set of mods planned and cool looking wheels. We do need a direct input from you Karthik WRT the 'latest' that's going on

Having personally driven/maintained the OHC for about 7 years, I can say that the car is a monster but handling is nothing to rave about. And now, I just might get a Baleno for myself sometime soon

The hood seems to be aligned properly but the under-hood rubber grommets seem to be low on the right and high on the left.

Except for the K&N nothing different from a stock car is visible under the hood.

Any plans of body work and repainting on the cards? it looks like it needs a better paint job to highlight it.
