varun the car has been done up really well and I like it. Seems like its grown on me and proof is the number of times I have visited this thread just to view the pics. the blue looks superb on it. Drive safe and enjoy every km on her.

Is it me or do the coronas in the headlight look... broken?

I'm also a member of the black seat club.

That said, the paint job and the body work look fabulous.

Congrats Varun, from one E36 owner to another. I guess Arush finally got to do the blue paintjob on the E36. I love your alloys, but wanna know doesn't it slow down the 316? Interiors are looking very nice and fresh, and i believe i had seen your car before the overhaul in khan market, must say its come a long way. Although i feel you should've got the projectors i have on mine, atleast the angel eyes would look much nicer. Overall fantastic work, love it.

The paint looks good, the angel eyes, well IMO it's a bit overdone, Jap/tuner look for an old Bimmer.

The M3 decals and kit are a little out of place in a 316.

Recaros too have no real job apart from eye candy, stock seats are sufficiently bolstered for the 100 horses she pumps.

On the whole if it's what you wanted and you got it then great dude.

DocG
PS: keep an eye on the paint, there are some horror stories going around about some phantom putty

Nice to see another beemer being reborn. Looks nice, but not to my taste. The wheels look out of place, and the colour looks a lil dull to me. It could be due to the quality of the pix though. But hey,you are happy with it, that's what's most important!
