So for flat tow rope, rated 4 tonnes, thats the best place

Also along with the tow ropes you might be requiring D Shackles too.
These also come in different sizes and capacities.

Hey Tsk, Harjeev, I am on the look out for a tow rope as well. This will be for a Scorpio 2wd. How do I know if it needs a D shackle or not? Also, if you could share your contact in Mayapuri for getting these, it would be very helpful.

Got a 5 tonne flat type rope with shakles from reliance autozone.
I guess there should be one in Delhi/noida too.

D-Shackle is always needed. This is how you attach the tow rope to the tow hook.

Thanks Amit, from Harjeev's and tsk's earlier discussion about the rope, even I was looking for a 5 ton one. Right now, I am in Hyderabad and didn't see this in the autozone here.

Thanks tsk, any pointers for a reliable shop?

Problem is, I don't even have half a day in Delhi before heading out. Most probably will ask some friend to pick it up for me.

Forgot the name of the shop but its on main Mayapuri road. He keeps high quality tow ropes and shackles. Have used them for pulling out other vehicles, and also been pulled out of deep mud
Never broke!
