The front looks good & the HU is superb. How much did you dough for the HU & skirts?
The side & rear one. Looks more chunks of plastics attached.

How about adding boot lip instead of a spoiler to it?
Remember the side skirts of Fiesta-S?

@manish

Heres a rough breakup of the mods -

- Executive kit - 20,000
- Stanley leather (Satin) - 23,000
- V-Kool filming - 7000 for the 4 windows and rear. The dealer gave me the windshield film for free. It usually runs between 6000 - 8000...somewhere in between.
- Lenso + Yokohama wheels - 42,000 for a set of 4. I got 18,000 for the factory wheels in exchange for the new ones. I'll be getting the 5th spare shortly
- Autocop - 5000

For pictures of the audio components and pricing, visit this thread. http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/sound-...erna-crdi.html

Thanks.

Great mods on your Verna! Love the ICE. I had to pay Rs.12,000 for the V-Kool sunfilm (including windshield) for my Verna SX. Good your dealer gave that for free. What was the total discount you got from the dealer?

I would also love to know why you chose Morel speakers? Are they superior than JBL, Infinity, Polk etc?

I got a ton of discounts actually -

- 1.4 L for my old (2003) Santro.
- Rs 35,000 loyalty bonus discount
- Thane registration saved me Rs. 40000
- Free insurance for the 1st year
- Free front and rear Vkool filming
- Rs 20,000 for the executive kit (as opposed to 30,000)
- Free parking sensor
- Rs 1000 Discount on Teflon coating

Coming to the Morel speakers, yeah they are vastly superior to the brands you mentioned especially JBL. Theres hardly anything else out there that matches Morel is terms of audio quality.

The kit of the red Verna looks bad IMO. It somehow seems to lack quality, especially the mesh part. The alloys and the stickers make it even worse.

The kit on the white car here looks so much better.

IMO red one is really miserable. Seems like one of those 200 bucks RC cars

White is neat. Also, wouldbe great to change the gear shift leather cover.

Hey, congratulations for the Verna. I am planning to get black vinyl roof for one of my cars. Do you know a good reliable place in Mumbai for the same? Also, why did you decide against the black roof? Does it make the car's interiors heat up too much?
