Most of the petrol bunks in Hyderabad, have them you just have to ask. As far I remember, check out below if you are near by
had them in when I took my dad's car for a fill.

Normally car dealers used to fix it prior delivery ( I got it from my dealer), if not then the alternative is to make something from the sticker.
But imo, this is not 100pct safe when you go to village areas where those people may not read all these and you just need to be watchful when fuelling !

All Shell bunks provide the stickers. The shell sticker does not last long as i have used them and my car is washed everyday. The car dealers also provide them. I recently got one for my car from FORD dealer in Bangalore.Ask the car dealers and they wont say no as it is a free publicity for them.
