@mac187,
I have not seen anyone selling the flip keys in bangalore yet. You need to get thru some websites like ebay, etc. You can refer my post little earlier, wherein i have posted that i got this key from DSP and using it for Versa(Eecko) and I10.

Called the guy to inquire about flip keys with remote for my Civic's spare key! He doesn't have any working remote for the Civic (but have them for rest of the Hondas) at the moment! According to him, it may take 1-2 months before he can procure working remote for Civic! Let the wait begin!

Its Done. Just forgot to update this thread.
I got it done from Harison Keys. Quality is Superb. One needs to reprogram the Nippon Security after you convert it into Flip Key.

How is the finish and the quality of the buttons? Is it worth the cash? Also, how hard is it to program the key?

Finish of the buttons are Nice. Not like OEM that you see in i20 Flip Key. But Looks not cheap either.Amm. I would say It is worth the cash. It looks real Nice. Programming is easy. If you have the Nippon Manual book you can do it.

Thanks for the input. Do we need to send the keys to them? well it sounds a bit risky to me

Default Flippy Keys for Optra

I've been trying to source these flippy keys for myself (Chevy Optra 2004) for sometime now. Attached below are the pics of (a) My Original Key (b) 1 found on internet but got no response from the seller and the ones in US are exorbitantly priced. (c) 1 found in India and available for Rs. 1800 + carriage.

Though thing to note is that the korean make is as same as the one offered here in India and therefore am sure if there were a few more people interested, we'd get the domestic seller to get us some in bulk (mutual co-operation and co-existance).

PS: The one with Korean scribing is the one am more bent towards and is not very difficult to get, provided the order placed makes sense to the seller.

@sumathindra you can also get the flip keys done by Pulin of Krishnaraj Enterprises in Mumbai. See my post below. I had got two keys done by him for my Innova - one with a white case and another with a black case.
