4. Press the Alarm switch once & then second time keep it pressed till you hear a beep sound. The Alarm switch will be found next to your headlamp leveling switch.
5. Now press the lock/unlock button on the new flip remote.
6. You can remove the key from the ignition slot to end the programming.
7. The new remote should now allow you to lock/unlock the car.
8. Check if both the remotes are working.

I couldn't get the beep for the first two tries. It worked on the third try.
Excellent! Congrats buddy for a fully functioning flippy key for your sx4. Could you put up pics of the same!

cheers

I also got flip key for my Chevy beat from Harison, my overall experience was very good with them. The quality is nice, itís been around 6 months, no issue so far. I did the programming myself with help of the manual which comes with the security system, took me 4-5 attempts to do so.

Send it to Panchkula, the guy know his work. I also searched for options in Delhi before sending it to him but all in vain.

I emailed Harison thrice a coupla months ago regarding a flippy conversion but in vain. The least they could've done was email back stating they cant do the job. Im quite disappointed with them!

I also mailed them and then informed them about the mail via phone. I got prompt response. (By Evening, imo they generally access the mails in the evening only)
Till Now Everything seems fine to me

Of course. The SS80 key is non RFID one. You can purchase a fob online & simply ask the local keymaker to remove the key blade from the existing fob & install it into a flip key fob. You can also get a duplicate key made for testing if you don't want to take chances with your original one. Good luck

Yes it can be done. Do you have keyless entry in your car or only want the flip key without functioning lock/unlock buttons ?

As far as the key is concerned your original key would not be used.A duplicate would be made according to key fob and installed in it.
Since you don't have the RFID key, your key wont be cut.
