Replacement headlight assembly for Zen - Team-BHP

Hey

I need to replace my front right headlight assembly as it got smashed when my dad took it to somewhere in Kurla recently. The lights are a-okay, I just need the assembly. Before I just go and get it replaced at my local mechanic, I'd like to know where (in Mumbai) I may be able to get a good quality assembly for the lowest cost. My dad gets some dirt cheap accessories from Opera House (like 90-buck side view mirrors), so that's where I'd make a trip, but if there's any other, do let me know.

the best and cheapest place would be opera house for spares and lamington road for mostly wheel and alloys.but for normal spares opera house is the best and cheapest.many shops to choose from.

hey revtech,

do you find all kinda spares at opera house ? the fuel guage on my esteem has conked off recently and i need to get a replacement.

I enquired with a few dealers around my place in Goregaon and i've been quoted prices ranging from 1800 to 3500 bucks...

hey aalaap get it from c.s.t road chor bazar in kurla...you will get it for dirt cheap rates...few days back i got a full front bumper a clear head light assembly and a front left hand side fender for the ford ikon all for 2000 bucks for a friend...you will find any thing u want there from alloys to engines.

Opera House is the whole sale market for spare parts for almost all cars. You also have one of the largest selection of accessories there.

Thanks to name " Chor bazaar" but was wondering whether all the parts sold at CST road Kalina in this market come from dubious ( theft, etc) means ???

they come from dubious means and also from scrapped /accident /totalled vechicles....if you are not familier with kurla c.s.t road get it from opera house.

Buy MGP !!!! the old zen headlight assembly should cost about 1000 rs a piece.you can also order a clear lens MGP headlight for the old zen...but i think thats slightly expensive..

clear lens for the old zen?? never seen them...are you sure about this?

nope its not possible to do that..atleast i was told so by the company guys..if u guys do get a break let us all know..

Doesnt neolite make clear headlamps for zen? they make the clear tail lights and side markers though, ill check it out tomorrow i did a zen a few months back i think we put clear headlamps in it, will let u know tomorrow.

i was told by navnit Motors,Thane that you can order clear lens for the old zen as MGA/MGP ... and this was way back in 2004

i think Neolite also makes them for the 800 and teh zen..
