Yes that is exactly what I am looking forward to. Letting you all know what actually you are getting. When we comit on a BHP figure you will have it. We already send log files to UK to check them anyway but it would be great to get the figure from a dyno right here.

Keep it going. As EVO mentioned a lot has started happening now. Guess it is thanks to " THE DAWN OF DIESEL TUNING" right EVO???

You said it, KS. Its great to finnnnnaly have a dyno that is publicly accessible. How much are you planning to charge per test?

I think this dyno will have two significant advantages :

1. It will silence all those silly "200 BHP Esteem" claims. Atleast the fake ones.

2. More importantly, it will help tuners in gauging just what modifications are actually working and what arent. Like someone has previously stated, there is a subtle yet significant difference between MHP (Mental Horsepower) and actual BHP.

GTO,
I am not yet sure about the rates, but I was thinking like Rs 3000 for a run.
May be Rs 10,000 for 4 runs.I will be able to tell u guys only after it has landed here and installed.

Please, guys dont take these rates as a final quote!!

Thanks

Karan's web says that the Dyno will be setup by first week of June "Welcome to KS MOTORSPORT! Our in- house chassis dyno will be up and running by first week of June."

So is it setup Karan?

What I wanted to know too. He has already put up rates for single and multiple dyno runs also. But from what I hear, no setup running yet.
