My First Engine Swap Job was in my Little Baby Swift.
She was pumping out 135 bhp (Dyno Tested at ARAI, Pune)
This was long ago.

Hope you all like the pics.

I did it at Pete's. Close to my place, so far reliable and good service. These days you have many options besides.

Hi All,

I need some advice from you guys regarding modifying my 2009 Swift VDI. I was thinking is there any way i can incorporate an automatic transmission in my car and what it will cost me. I have searched the web but haven't found any one in India who has managed to do that with a Swift.

Help!!!

My 'Pegasus' (as I call her) has had a few modifications:
New shoes

They are 195/60 Yoko c-drives mounted on 6.5J advanti racing alloys. They are giving a good grip. And there has been no problem in mileage either- I get f.e of 14-16kmpl easily..

Eyes behind with touchscreen player up front:

I need a few suggestions:
1. Good spoilers (might take it up later after an year. Car is just 5months old.)
2. Good ideas for stickers on the fuel cap.
3. I am thinking of putting up an exhaust muffler chrome cap with led. Is it a good idea?
4. Best place in Bangalore/Mysore for getting parking sensors installed?

Thanks in advance guys.

Thanks in advance guys.
1.Spoilers, I suppose the OEM ones are of best quality and are snug fit. Aftermarket ones are prone to make rattles with time.
2.Something like this
3. If I were you, I would just get a meaty exhaust tip of very nice quality(Trust me, most of them rust beyond recognition). No LED fancy.

PS: You can design one fuel cap sticker yourself, and print it at Vistaprint.in(of course, you have to cut it and at least take 5 copies of the same)

All the best transforming your car!

Thanks Eminenttismo. But don't you think the OEM ones are a little too simple and looks like an extension of the brake light stuff? And the dealer quoted 4.5k for white ones which I think are steep!

I will give a thought about the exhaust tip and the fuel cap sticker.

Anyone help this 'newbie' with parking sensor details?

Looks really cool man. How much did it cost?
Do the 3M guys have any other coloured vinyl? Last time I checked they had only matte black and CF black.
