I have Installed the Hella twin tone 2 years back on my Fiesta, since the tone was excelent and unique, but i have to replace it 6 or 7 times .
The mechanic have tried all permutation combination, with & with out relay but still i run with the faulty horn.
Can any body help me to resolve, or apart from hella tt, which one have the most similar sound/ tone ?

Are you serious?

I changed my OE OHC horn as it went bad after many many years. Got the Red Grill about 5-6 years back and Hella TTs. They both work perfect!
Yes, I do admit installing a lot of Stebel Nautilus in between which were horribly short in their life span!

I am not able to suggest you any replacement for Hella TT since I suggest this horn to everyone else. Still, you may try out the Stebel Magnum TM80 or Roots Windtone. Stebel sounds more refined but not as loud as the TT.

Where did you source it from and what was the cost? A friend of mine is looking for it in Bangalore.

Got Stebel Nautilus fitted on my Honda City 1.5exi today.

I got it fitted in the 2 tone Horn mode so that I can switch to the OEM Honda Horn with a click on the switch.Got this done because I wanted to keep the car as OEM as possible, but a Loud horn was required for the byepass travelling.

A Brilliant Buy.Thanks to all who suggested me to get it.
Pictures coming up soon.

Aren't these a little low tone compared to the Symphonys and Windtones available here

Srinath,

Don't want a extremely loud one; just tired of the wimpy stock ones. Have bought the recommended pair and will update once installed:

Aren't windtone the ones that are there as stock SKODA horns? Or is it called the roots? I think the latter.

Skoda horns are the most popular in aftermarket horn installation space and almost 7/10 folks go for it.

I too have same horn in my Cruze which i got for Rs.700. I like the sound and also the way it scares away the "loitering kinds" from the front of my Cruze

My swift's horn is on its last legs. Went to an accessory chap in Tippasandra and asked for a Vento / Polo sounding horn and he recommended Seger @ 950/-with fitting. How is your horn working? What model is it? the home page is here

Mine cost 900 with relay and wiring. I got it in june and it still works properly.
Only once when I drove my car in a flood, it stopped working for a while but after sometime it started again.

Its quite loud and useful for moving everyone out of the way.
