ok I have got permission for burn outs.

Will sit down with somebody in the know this weekend when I am in chenai and go over all the technical issues of holding such an event.

Focus on the cars.
How many bikes are you going to have ?
Most the bikes will be attending the RDD track day.
That leaves a hand full of super bike guys.

I will put up a list of the confirmed people by the end of the week. Some of them need a wee bit more time to confirm or re-schedule their work accordingly.

Rahul, dont you think its going to be a little difficult to squeeze in SBKs and cars with in 9-5 batch.. I am already sick of 2 wheelers getting onmy nerves jumping infront of me on road.. i hope it wont be the same on the track too..If you have enough numbers stick to cars only ??

Shaz, I don't think we have too many cars coming this time. Mostly, about 8 cars confirmed till now. Lot of them can't make it because of the Goa rally happening the very next week.

7. Vikram (accord). Not a member of the forum.
8. Myself.

Still awaiting confirmations from the rest.

Also, being a part of the track days held at MMST I don't think it will be much of a problem considering the fact that we will have only about 30% of the crowd at MMST. Also, let us not make this sound like a bike v/s car battle. Both factions have equal interest. We need to respect each others passions. I am looking forward to meet some of the bikers.

Though if we get good numbers, I will see to it that this can be a two-day event.

Bump bump. I think we are good to go. We have quite good numbers confirmed for the track day. As of now confirmations stand at:

1. Harrie.
2. Quicksilver.
3. Mohit.
4. Harrie's friend.
5. " ".
6. agentsmith.
7. anush.
8. shailu.
9. shazikon.
10. myself.

There are many others who just need a wee bit more time to confirm. Some are pending completion of their car repairs like Jay, pawan. While people like tadu, karthikkumar, raghuram, wolf & a couple of his friends are just awaiting to see if they can get free during those dates.

Akshay, are you coming with your car? What about psycho, shrestha and the rest of your friends. Anyone coming?

Rate is fixed @ 2k per car & 1k for Indian bikes. Bikers are yet to confirm, they need a couple of days more.

NO! There seems to be a lot of confusion with the track authorities. For some reason they have been told that there is an MRF-INKC round at Kari on the 21st while the actual dates have been declared from Nov 2-4. This happened after I booked the track & was confirmed that it was free. Since most of the guys are at MMST and haven't yet got official reports on this one I have been asked to wait for a couple of days until the dust settles down. If nothing we will have to postpone the event by a few weeks. I don't know why you would refer it to as canceled?

Track authorities have request time till tomorrow for confirming the final details. If not we will postpone it to the next week or 2nd week of November.
