Want to open a rally school in Bandra, Mumbai

A rally school??? But you need to post more details. What exactly are you looking for?? Piece of land?? Building??? 1 class room?? Rent or Outright??? Blah blah blah...

we would require an open ground area of approz a large football field, we will need to rent it for about three days.

If you are not overtly particular on Bandra, try getting in touch with Don Bosco, Matunga. They have a huge ground though I am not too sure about them letting it out for motorsports.

If the quotes you get for the city are too high, I don't see too much of a downside in keeping these events on the outskirts of Bombay (Panvel, Thana etc.). The seriously interested ones will travel.

You can find good spots around mumbai. like vashi n Panvel -new bombay side or somewhere along the mira-bhayander belt. DON BOSCO ground?? are u kidding? that wont go out for commercial purposes..i dont think so.

You can have additional secondary events like paintball shooting (some actor started something like it in bombay recently.... dont remember).
And yes there is loads of place in panvel khopoli side. would provide good distance for both mumbai and pune folks.

for 3 days requirement you can maybe try in vashi/bandra kurla complex/thane(i know this big ground at Hari om Nagar Thane (E) I think it is a public ground so i have no idea if u can get permission ...but it certainly meets your requirements.

I agree that you should look into other areas as well. Im pretty sure the rent just outside Mumbai will be a lot cheaper than in a place like Bandra.


When do you plan to hold this rally? Any chance of it being around may?

Karjat , khandala , pune even.
Money does matter whatever keeps the costs low.
Karjat sounds ideal.

This is where Autocar India has been holding an informal 1-day autocross for the past few monsoons.
