Front wings are beginning to look more and more different. Amazing the kind of research that definitely goes into these cars.

RED BULL RACING FERRARI - UK based

RBR Ferrari is what they are known, racing with a ferrari engine they managed a 5th spot on the grid last season.

Age seems to be catching on Mr David Coulthard, but still this veteran doesnt seem to give up. Staging average performance over the years, lets hope he does well this season.

Mark Weber is like a hollywood star for the team, he has managed to learn lots from experienced David.

STR FERRARI OR TORO ROSSO- Italy based

This is a junior Red Bull team.
Being 7th on the grid and able to manage only 8 points and 13 unlucky retirements last season, this ferrari engined team hopes to turn their fortunes this season.

Sebastian Vettel filled in Scot speeds space after his retirement from team midway in July 07.

One more rookie Sebastian Bourdias along side him. Two almost rookies, will they do something to turn tides. We need to wait and watch.

Guys i've tried my best to be precise with all details.

Sorry if i've missed on some.

Would like to know if any or all interested in knowing the track details of all venues this season.

F1 is no more as exciting as it used to be after M Schumi is retired.,

He was the true brand ambassador for this game and the one who truly turned Ferrari's image.

Not to forget Mr Bernie Eccelstone, The man behind it all.

That depends on whether you are a Schumi fan or not I would say last year was the best in recent years if you ignore the spy scandal

Keeping in mind the discipline of this thread and a huge huge fan of Schumi.,Would not want to comment on the last season.

Though there was no magic.

Lets all hope for a great F1 season ahead.

Would like to know if all would like to know about the track details also.

It would be great if you can provide some details about new tracks this season, Valencia and Singapore.
Singapore is going to host a race under lights.

Mods: Is it ok if i mention 1 post per track or if you want me to congregate details of all tracks into one post.

Default Race Day-f1 2008

The Australian Circuit of Melbourne

This circuit was claimed to be built in the 1920's. Mostly famous for lots of crashes and deaths due to it.

Later on in 1960's the original track at Albert park was demolished.

This track was bought over by racer turned entrepreneur Bob Jane in the year 1974 and only after this the track became famous.

Lot of political issues between Adelaide track and The Melbourne track went on till 1999, only later the Albert Park track became a permanant F1 venue.

The best track record is for Michael Schumacher in 2004, he clocked 1 minute 24.12 seconds.

None to beat this as on date.
