i mean c'mon, i saw some people calling the Gallardo a Ferrari...

guys ,,,just got back
the show stopper was undoubtedly the Skyline ..and the time was 10.23 not 9 something ..
in his 1st attempt he almost wnet into the divider .but 2nd was just awesome .the sound is still ringing in my ears like it did after Sepang -F1.

with the lambo he could manage a 12.7 and 12.4 i think ..
the white supra beat him there with a 12.01
But i liked Shabbir's time with the Zen the best.14.01 and the 800 managing a 15. something

The vip stand arrangemenst were quite good .loos on one side.guys around passing food packets & water .though i agree the general stand was a pretty sad state ..with them being able to see almost nothing except the start .

Godzilla = Nissan Skyline GTR.

And the Gallardo did it in 9.5 secs ( this is what I gathered from a previous post in this same thread).

Ok, here are some of the results i could figure out from the thread so far.

Skyline - 10.23
White Supra - 12.01
Gallardo - 12.40
Shabbir's Zen - 14.01
Wolf's VTEC - 15.40

The latest time what i got was i.e. the Skyline clocking fastest track time of 9.25 secs.

Akshay's post clarified it was the Skyline and not the Gallardo here (Speedrun 08' - Pictures, Videos, Experiences and Results) .

Also the reason why we are hearing two different versions i.e., 10.23 and 9.25 is because one includes the Reaction Time and the other doesn't.

hmmm last night i was at the tracks at 4:30 AM and I was interacting with the owner and crew of the orange and black STi

...
well unofficially on a cell phone stopwatch he clocked the 1/4 mile in 9.157 seconds

Now that was on his third trial after finalising his state of tune...and the car is bloody fast, seriously experiencing it like that at night is just sublime!
