Coming to you direct from the venue. Sipping a cola from the JBL stand with august company. The run has not yet started. They are still having practice runs. Looks like its gonna be as late as last time.Meanwhile am searching for someone with a headache pill. Where did they get this annoying announcer. :e could give a headache to an asprin.

Comin to you from the spectators stand ...the 350cc of the Indian bikes 4 stroke segment going on ...the 1st bike to run in the 2 stroke segment was the best clocking around 13.5 sec after all was sweet music from the 2 strokes
This time around the spectators stand was a paid entry but the view of the drag strip has been blocked which is sad moreover the bikes are dragging on the lane nearer to the VIP stand ...more updates when 4 wheels start burning rubber

The Organisers wanted to Do a lot to improve but everything was Just screwed up....

The Spectators had to Pay to get a small glimpse of the Drag strip and with that full Rush it seems hopeless... Can anyone out there explain these Dumb Heads that the Non Participating crowd there is ONLY there because they love to Hear the Engines scream and the tantalizing Beasts of metal and speed.

Even the 4 wheelers placed in the Parking area was not allowed to be watched by the spectators ...... and those Policemen and Security behaved as if they are the only one who are the Kings over there .... felt like Kicking their 6@115 ........

Just returned from the spot ..... The whole thing seems humiliating and disgusting..... this years event was not at all OK if compared with the Speedrun 2006 and 2007......

Got back from the speed run sometime back. Well the guys who are planning to buy a pass and get in to watch the action there is bad news. The tickets are priced at Rs50 and there was no seating arrangement. Even if one stands near the fence one can only see the start line. Eventually had to evade the gaurds to get into the VIP area. Only good things today were the RDs and the Indian bikes longest wheelie round. Hope there was a way people could pay more money and get into the VIP area. Only few cars ran today, about 25 and that too in the under 1100cc category, the rest will run tommorow. The 2 strokers gave me a migrane literally, had to close my ears every time one was running. Like every year roaming around the Pit lane was fun, many import bikes and souped up cars were there. Hope some one can post the pics.
