Rallye De Bangalore 08

HOTSHOTS Youth Association AND PROSPORTS will be organizing a Stage Rally for 2 wheelers from 27th -29th March 2007.
The 200km Rally with appx 75kms of Special stage will start at Dr.Ambedkar stadium.The Pre Event Scrutiny will be at the PROSPORTS Office,C/O Auto Tech,Next to Gangamma Thimmiah Choultry,Basaveshwarnagar Main Road,Bangalore between 12.30pm and 3pm.
A Spectator Special Stage of Appx 1.5km will be run inside the stadium on Friday evening & the bikes will be parked in a Parc ferme.
The second leg will start on saturday morning at the Stadium and will finish at a Resort on NH-4 by 3pm followed by the PD at 5pm.
The Recce is on Thursday 27th March.

2 Stroke 80-150cc ( Group D and Group C )
4 Stroke OPEN upto 250cc
Veterans Class

Entry Fee: Rs.1500 For Group C 2stroke
Rs.1000 For 2Stroke Group D / 4 Stroke Open /Veteran Class

Prizes
Overall 3 placings with Cash Prize of 3000 / 2000 / 1000 + Trophy
Class Prizes 5 placing with Cash of 5000 /4000 /3000 /2000 / 1000 + Trophy

The Rally De Bangalore 08 was flagged off by Kannada Filmstar Puneeth Rajkumar at sharp 8am from Ambedkar Stadium today.This Rally had 45 entries.Though there was heavy rain during the second Round of the stages,it did not hamper the spirits of the Marshalls & competitors.
The rally finished at 17.00 hours at Holiday Palms Hotel.The Prize Distribution was held at 1930hrs.
