I am in Noida. Anyone wanting to carpool or needs a pickup from Metro (sec-18) is welcome. Will meet others at Mahamaya flyover.

PS: Not to dampen anybody's excitement about the job but I found this --> http://www.gpupdate.net/en/videos/13...ix-monza-2000/

My plan is to stay in a hotel in Central Delhi. If I take a metro on 9th morning and reach Mahamaya Flyover by 8am, can anyone pick me up from there?

I thought of tabulating t-bhp'ian details from the responses on this thread till now. Given below are screen names, location and F1 marshalling department. Lets see how big the list grows. Counting 13 t-bhp'ians and hopefully many more.

Bangalore/Mangalore -
1. libranof1987
2. kiloalpha
3. vis-racing
4. ego4ever - recovery
5. sidgera - bangalore
6. silentengine - mangalore

NCR
1. saurabhdadhichi - new delhi
2. streetaddict - delhi - track
3. sn1p3e - gurgaon - track
4. nitin.rai - new delhi
5. mpuri - new delhi
6. sid1509 - faridabad - track

Chandigarh
1. palio1.6-2002 - chandigarh

I suggest we all meet up early on friday before leaving for the training venue. Suggest we meet under the Mahamaya flyover (start of Noida - Greater Noida expressway; everyone will take this expressway unless one is staying at greater noida) at 8 am friday, 9th Sep. Assuming everyone turns up by 8.10 and another 15 min run to the Jaypee public school, G-block, Greater Noida. We will be at the venue by 8.30 am. Whatsay?

Cheers, Sid

Let us all (and also for t-bhp) leave a good first impression on the organisers . All excited about my first t-bhp meet. See you all there.

Thanks a lot guys! I have sync'd up with @saurabhdadhichi.

Will be seeing y'all at the mini-meet, Mahamaya flyover, 8am Friday morning. We can re-organise rides/pick-ups/drops if necessary from there.

Pick any hotel/guest house close to a metro around Central Delhi or anywhere in Noida. You can always get the hotel to organise a drop to the mini-meet Friday morning under the Mahamaya flyover. Once there, you can sync up with someone who can pick you up/drop you on Friday evening and Saturday.

Add me to list.

The drive from Mahamaya flyover to Jaypee School is 30+ minutes and not 15.

Any one who is staying in central delhi or even west deldhi has option of taking the metro to the Botanical Gardens Noida Station. This is half a km from Mahamaya flyover. It may be better to meet up on main road between botanical gardens and Mahamaya flyover (in front of Amity college) as there is usually lots of pick up crowd standing at the flyover interchange.

I would be already carrying couple of people from Faridabad.

The idea for a consolidated list is awesome.

I would be joined by 2 more friends, one from Hyderabad and the other from Noida itself. Both non-tbhpians. Looking forward to meeting all.

All three of us in the Track Department.

Are there any bhpians (Delhi/ncr) who haven't been selected/received the confirmation sms or email? Or, am I the only one unlucky sod here?

PS: Still waiting for the confirmation message.
