I always make it a point to revisit the Riding Tips section on that website before any long ride.
There is always that little detail you forget.

Btw: A tip for bikers.
The clutch cable breaking is a very irritating thing to happen in a long ride. So you take a spare cable and run it along the existing one.
So if the cable breaks, your work is reduced by more than half.
Do remember to keep the ends covered with a plastic bag using rubber bands.

I don't know about the many many clubs that are now present in Hyderabad.

Am sure there are at least 20 riders who will ride from Hyderabad.

Our onward journey route is identical.

My Bike is fully setup. I am stopping cycling to office for the remainder of the month. Want to be 100% on the bike.

My advice to anyone riding a long one, ride as much as possible before the trip. To be as close to the bike as possible.

Lazyrider - When you ride back, they don't allow bikes through Ahmedabad-Vadodara express highway. If you want to ride fast, take a different route;

Jaipur-Kishangarh-Udaipur-Shamlaji-Godhra-Halol-Vadodara-Surat-Valsad-Mumbai. Roads are in excellent condition to keep over 120 Kmph all day except at Udaipur where you might encounter traffic block (and over Narmada bridge - hearsay)

Some 700+ registrations.
30+ clubs.

Very well organized event. A big thanks to the Royal Beasters.

Hyderabad-Delhi via Nanded, Indore, Ajmer, Jaipur took me around 2.5 days.
Could have been completed in 2 days but it was so cold. Checked into a hotel at Jaipur and rode out next day after a relaxed breakfast.

Delhi-Hyderabad was a Solo ride via Agra, Gwalior, Jhansi, Sagar and Nagpur.
Slept in Sagar and the next day in Nagpur. My friend was kind enough to show me around Nagpur and treat me to some very good food. Infact he runs a restaurant himself.

Reached Hyderabad around 3 PM. Went to thank my mechanic before coming home.
