So get Veedol and replace it during the alternate service by a FNG.
Trust me nothing feels as smooth as veedol in hero bikes.
I use this Veedol 10w30 in my 2013 xtreme and drain it at 2200kms and even at the mileage-it still feels smooth. My usage is mostly on highways with rpm above 6K.
You can try 20w40 but the engine will feel slightly lethargic due to thicker oil.
