Suzuki Motorcycle partners with Paytm
In order to provide the online booking platform for all Suzuki two wheeler, SMI (Suzuki Motorcycle India) has partnered with Paytm. Currently, 400 PAN India dealers have registered with Paytm for the sales of Suzuki 2 Wheeler models. Suzuki will also be having a brand store on Paytm with the objective of higher consumer engagement. Paytm envisages the sales of > 10,000 units in 2016.
As far as the consumer is concern, He/She can book the bike online via Paytm portal post which the local dealership will come into the picture for subsequent proceedings.
Paytm will also provide different financing options to the customer at the time of vehicle purchase.
IMO, a good effort of SMI making their vehicles ready-to-sale on one of the leading e-commerce portals. We might also get to see the genuine accessories, spares, merchandise listed on Suzuki Paytm exclusive store in coming days. The consumer is also likely to be benefitted from Paytm's USP (i.e. Cashback) feature.
