it was added later I guess.

Apache wins hands down compared to handling and look with a Pulsar..! Guess they should have come up with the FI Model like HH Glamour at the time of launch and also with a 180 cc version...that ways it would have gained more for TVS like the Fiero or Victor.
Apache any day looks sportier than Pulsar DTS-i..!

I like the apache for its versatile engine, flickblity, etc followed by the unicorn for the typical honda smoothness and slick G'box.

Its 13. 9 bhp for the new P150... Which gives it a power to weight ratio of 102.85 ps/ton compared to 103.04 ps/ton for the apache... (Still your clain is right partially)
(
1bhp =1.028 ps (1.028 hp)

new pulsar is 14.09 ps .. check bajaj's website..
that means

14.09/1.028 =13.706225 bhp to be accurate and not 13.9 bhp.

parts are cheap.. still component quality of pulsar is not up to the mark. It is still far behind Tvs and honda ..

Since you have took it to tat much details...

Please understand, hp is same as bhp... (Not hp is same as ps)...
Then... 1 PS= 0.73549875 kW = 0.9863201652997627 hp (Society of Automotive Engineers)

Since, pulsar is 14. 09 ps = 13. 897 which is what i wrote as 13. 9...

i guess i am the only one with an achiever well last year in november i wanted a bike i checked for ambition 135 and came to know it got stopped then went for cbz and came to know they were stopped and will come by dec so waited for it and after test driving it i knew it was a unicorn in a ambition's body i loved the design(Except the head light) and the smothness just took me over and bajaj was never an option as i did'nt like the rougness though thats only my taste many love it

i hate apache like hell its short not that attractive and the day i kicked my scooty many yrs back i took an outh never a TVS
Havent tried the cbz xtreme yet but read the ovedrive issue of dec and knew they have enhanced the achiver engine and mashed it up with apache so i guess it the best at the moment but i still love achiever silent assassin is what it is a short handle sexy loooking bailey and its a beast

One thing i hate abt it is that the mudguard of the bike broke up in 10 months and even overdrive complained abt it i guess the parts are really old maybe from the time of ambition 135

Unicorn's tank is took big so it got the axe first and foremost

I admit that 10 years ago that was the state of affairs of the Bajaj bikes, but not now. The Pulsars are having one of the best build quality in the segment and it's getting better & better day-by-day. I can vouch for that.

I'm wondering how Apache with the most un-refined engine in the segment has got so much votes here !!!
