Extract from the site :

Quote:
Hero Honda, one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in India, is planning to launch another variant of its sub-brand, Splendor. This will be the third variant under this sub-brand, after Splendor Plus and Super Splendor. While JWT handles the first two brands, besides several other Hero Honda sub-brands such as Glamour, Achiever, CD Dawn, CD Deluxe and Karizma, another agency might handle the new variant.
Maybe this shud be the new Splendor Super Duper.
Why cant they look beyond the 100cc segment?

CBZ extreme was the only new effort they had in recent times...
Out of the 8 new model HH promised in this year...
1. CBZ extreme (Could have done much better... Specially, since CBZ had such huge fan following)
2. New sticker acheiver (sticker + alloys)
3. "all new' glamour (Sticker+ alloys)
4. "All new' CD deluxe
5. "All new' Splendour (super duper plus whatever!)
6. 'All new' Karizma (ya! That was worth all the hype... Happy april fools day to all those who shouted HH gonna bring FI in that)
7. 'All new' passion (Didnt you notice the new colour special edition, and the difference in the sticker colours?)
8. Wonder what this will be...

What they need to look at is an all new segment ..the 250 cc and above .
How looong do we have to wait for someone to realise the potential of the 250 cc + segment :(

God! This tank slapping thing is getting to be outright stupid now. The same bike with a couple of stickers here and there, a new font speedo, couple of stupid graphics and it becomes the All New <same old bike>. Kya bakwaas hai!
