1988 Enfield Bullet Std 350 (1988-90)
1989 Yamaha RX100 (1991-2000)
1984 Yamaha RD350 HT (1994-1996)
1990 Enfield Bullet Std 350 (1993-current)
2002 Enfield Bullet 500 (2004-current)

Come to think of it, my first Bullet was the only bike that I bought from a showroom. All the others were second-hand. The years overlap because I have had more than one bike at any point of time. Currently I have two Enfield Bullets (a Std 350 in Cochin and a Std 500 in Bombay). I've not felt a compelling need to "graduate" to a car yet.

Yes, though the RX100 was easily the most trouble-free of all the bikes I had. But that was during the good old days when I was lighter than the bike. For someone who weighs 105 kilos today and is most comfortable at speeds of 70-80 kmph, the Bullet 500 is an excellent choice.

The RD350 was a brief flirtation; I picked it up cheap from a bloke in Tiruvalla but soon sold it because I couldn't maintain it on a student's budget. I found myself biking from Cochin to Coimbatore every other month to source spares from Alagendra Automobiles on Cross-Cut Road!

I now wish I had held on to it -- a stock RD350 HT in blue would have been an awesome asset.

Yamaha RX 100 (94-95). Bike belonged to my dad's friend.
LML Vespa (95 - 01). Vespa belonged to my dad. It was already 10 yrs old when I started riding it. It still parked in my garage though nobody uses it. RX to Vespa journey was very painful :(
TVS Victor (02 - 04). Dad bought it for me in my final year BE. Very good bike.
TVS Apache-150 (07 till date). This is 4.5 months old now.

Thanks

Talking Intro

Was a hardcore biker... Never believed cars could be as much fun as bikes; until sometime back (read three years) when I was introduced to one Jeremy Clarkson and his two co-benders. Bikers, dont detest me; still have not switched over to the darkside, completely.

Currently own a 2003 HH Karizma. First steed was a 2002 Honda Activa. Rode it for a year before graduating to my current babe. Dream steed: A turbo 'Busa with a Black Stealth Paintjob or a the '07 Suzuki GSX-R 1000.
