Info required on engine oil for cbz - Team-BHP

Hi guyz,
My cbz ex is due for a oil change, i was using castrol activ 4t till now, planning to switch to synthetic now please clarify some of my doubts.

1) Which synthetic oil what grade to be used ?
2) What is the life span of synthetic oil ( how many kms it would last) ?
3) Which brand is recommended and what are its features ?
