Default Bike modifications - help wanted

I have a pulsar 150 DTSi... It has been nearly one year since i bot it and it has been doing very well... but I want to tweak performance and looks a bit more... I intend to put in alloy wheels increase the rear tyre width (maybe put in tubeless tyres), change the exhaust and add glass wool filters...

I need help in identifying a reliable source to buy these and also get it fitted... can anyone guide me on this and also a bit of specs details would be great too...

to get a bit more top end speed u can get k&n high flow air filters or a cheaper option would be to get hp high flow filters ehich are a almost 1k cheaper than k&n n talking about exausts make sure that u get a good one local cheap material will make ur bike run at higher tempratures n will have no effect on performance.

hey rash,

for the tire part ,u can change over to the rear suspension of the new pulsars which is a gas filled one,u can fit the alloy rims also which come as OE on the new bikes.but these are 17 inch tires.also these are 100/90 tires.

regarding the exhasut part,i think bikes already have a tuned exhaust.mabbe u can use the entire exhaust of the new pulsars as well which have an expansion chamber and that fuel saving thing called exhaustec.dont simply cut your silencer .it will not serve any purpose other than make ur bike louder and will only attract the cops attention.

for performance ,u can go for the k&n filter which is available for about 2k rs.since ur from noida, performance auto in sector -2 noida near the woodland outlet have these..http://overdrive.co.in/art_dtls.asp?...atures&code=62

also you can play around with your chain sprocket combohttp://overdrive.co.in/art_dtls.asp?tblname=features&code=17.

then u can do more things like porting ......

but this is more than enough for your daily requirement
